Off-Scalp Application
- Mix 1 scoop (1 oz) of powder lightener with 1.5–2 oz of 20, 30, or 40 Volume Wella ColorCharm Cream Developer in a non-metallic bowl.
- Apply evenly to the desired sections.
- Check hair every 5–10 minutes.
- Process for up to 50 minutes.
On-Scalp Application
- Mix 1 scoop (1 oz) of powder lightener with 2 oz of 20 Volume Wella ColorCharm Cream Developer.
- Apply evenly to unwashed hair.
- Check hair every 5–10 minutes.
- Process for up to 50 minutes.
- Rinse, shampoo, and follow with Wella ColorCharm Post Color & Lightening Treatment.
Color Removal or Correction
- Mix 1 scoop (1 oz) of powder lightener with 3 oz of 10 Volume Wella ColorCharm Cream Developer.
- Apply to dry hair, avoiding the scalp.
- Process for no more than 30 minutes.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
