What is the same day shipping policy?
Orders placed by 3pm central standard time will ship the same day and will arrive at the destination address based upon the shipping service you choose. Same day shipping does not mean the product will arrive at its destination the same day you order it.
How can I track my package?
There are several ways to track your package here on our website. You can scroll to the bottom of the website and click on "Track Order Status" and input the tracking number. If you do not have your tracking number you can log into your account here then click on "View Order Status". You will see a list of order(s) then click on "View Order Details" on the right side of the page next to your order number. Near the bottom of the page you will see your tracking number and a button "Track". Click on the "Track" button to see your tracking details.
How long does international and APO shipping take?
Orders placed by 3pm Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Once the order has shipped, delivery time is typically 10-12 days to APO addresses. International orders are usually 12-15 days depending on the destination. However, there are instances when the delivery time can take up to 30 days due to customs and various countries' regulations.
The PayPal payment function isn't working properly. What should I do?
First, please try updating your internet browser. Older internet browsers will cause the PayPal payment function not to work. If that doesn't help, you can either contact us directly for further payment instructions or options at firstname.lastname@example.org
Why was my PayPal payment refunded?
We usually try to contact all customers when applying a refund. PayPal is refunded, because the account is unconfirmed or unverified, or we cannot locate an account to apply the payment to. If your payment is refunded due to the account being unconfirmed or unverified, we usually provide the customer with a note explaining the situation, and request you contact PayPal to verify your account. If we are unable to locate an account to apply the payment, we will simply refund the transaction. If this happens, please contact us for further ordering instructions.
I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase; does that mean my order did not go through?
Not necessarily. If you did not receive an auto-generated email confirmation and want details about your order, we suggest you contact us for specific information.
I received an email stating that my order was "Awaiting fulfillment." What does that mean?
This simply means your order has been received and is in the process of being packaged and prepared for shipment.
I don't have access to a computer. How else can I place an order?
We no longer accept payment over the phone. Please keep in mind it is not secure to give anyone your credit card information over the phone.
Where can I find my tracking number?

My tracking number information shows my order as delivered, but I never received my package. What should I do?
First, if the package was shipped via USPS, we suggest you contact your closest Post Office’s customer service and provide them with the USPS tracking number. If they cannot provide any information, we may need to file a lost package claim. Please contact us for details.
I received the wrong item. How can we get this corrected?
Our goal is to see a 100% success rate with order fulfillment, but if a mistake should arise, we ask that you contact us immediately.
My item(s) is damaged or defective, what should I do?
We ask that you contact us immediately. Some items are covered under manufacturer warranty while other items are not.

The warranty period begins on the date you purchased the unit from BeautyDrama.com, as indicated on the proof of purchase. The duration of the warranty is indicated on your warranty card from the respective manufacturer (2, 3 or 5 years).

My hair dryer will occasionally stop for no apparent reason. What should I do?
Even the best blow dryer will trip out when it cannot vent properly. The rear filter should be cleaned regularly using a soft, dry brush. To do so, please consult the instruction manual for your appliance.
The 'cool shot' button of my Babyliss hair dryer does not stay pressed in. Is this normal?
Our Babyliss products have a cool shot setting or a cool shot button. The 'cool shot button' must be held in position while the 'cool shot position' remains active when engaged.
How should I use the diffuser on my Babyliss hair dryer?
We recommend using the diffuser for permed, dry or damaged hair and selecting speed 'I'.
I'd like to buy a hair dryer for professional-quality I can achieve at home. How do I choose?
For styling and in particular for blow drying, it is not necessary to have a very powerful appliance. Our range of hair dryers offers a wide range of powers and adapts to every type of hair and every use.
My straightener is making noise. Is this normal?
Depending on the model and manufacturer, you will hear a very slight sizzling sound from the unit; this is a normal sound for ion generators.
How do I select the temperature on my straighteners?
Select the desired temperature using the temperature selector. It is generally recommended that you use a lower temperature for fine, bleached and/or damaged hair, and a higher temperature for frizzy, thick and/or difficult to style hair. Every hair type being different, we recommend that you start with position 1 (green LED). You can gradually increase the setting over the following uses if necessary.
When I use my straighteners, my hair steams slightly. Is this okay?
There is a possibility that there will be some steam. This may be from the evaporation of the sebum or residue from hair products (after-rinse care, hairspray, etc.) or dampness in the hair.
I have straighteners with a reservoir. What water should I use?
It is recommended to use distilled water to fill the reservoir. Otherwise, carefully descale the unit periodically. To do so, read the instruction manual for your appliance.
Do you have straighteners that can be used on damp hair?
Our Babyliss Wet and Dry range can be used on damp hair. Use the dampness in the hair to intensify the straightening and achieve softer, silkier and longer-lasting results.
How do I clean the plates on my straighteners?
Clean the plates using a soft, damp cloth without detergent to preserve the optimal quality of the plates. Do not scratch the plates.
I just bought a set of Babyliss clippers, what is the recommended charge time for the battery?
Before you use your clippers for the first time, we recommend charging the battery for 12 to 16 hours then to let the battery run down completely. This will allow the battery to recharge to its full capacity. Never recharge the unit for longer than 24 hours.

How long will my clippers last on one charge?
Depending on the model, a full charge will run the unit for 30 to 45 minutes.
I regularly use my clippers and would like to know how much time I should recharge my battery for optimal cord-free use?
We recommend charging your clippers for about 12 hours. Nonetheless, before using the unit for the first time or after long periods of non-use, we recommend boosting the battery. You can boost the battery by charging it for 12 to 16 hours, two to three times in a row, and then letting it run down completely until it comes to a full stop.
My rechargeable clippers do not immediately work plugged into the mains. Is this normal?
Yes, certain models need to be charged for 12 hours before use.
Can I replace the battery in my clippers?
It depends on the model. For example, our Babyliss clippers are equipped with long-life batteries which do not need to be replaced. BaByliss subscribes to SCRELEC whose website can be consulted at www.screlec.fr. In an effort to protect the environment, these batteries should be removed and properly discarded when the appliance no longer functions.
How many cuts should I get per blade?
This depends on how you use your blade or what type of hair you are cutting and how you take care of and clean the blades. Eventually, all blades will get dull.
How do I know if my blade is getting dull?
The blade will start to pull the hair instead of cutting it. Or, hair will also jam in the blade.
Do you have any tips for using the Babyliss i-stubble trimmer?
Yes, we suggest the following for the most effective results:
- Ensure that your facial hair is thoroughly clean and dry before use.
- The final look of your stubble depends on the color and density of your facial hair – experiment with i-stubble to find the length that’s right for you.
- Start with a longer cutting length, and go shorter as required.
- For a shadow, choose the shortest length setting Â– 0.4mm, for medium stubble choose 1-2mm, for a longer, more rugged stubble, choose 2mm+
- Hold i-stubble against the hair with the teeth of the comb guide pointing upwards.
- Move the trimmer upwards and outwards through your facial hair, bit by bit, against the direction of the hair growth.
- For a more defined edge, you can flip back the top of the comb guide and secure it under the fastener on the back of the handle. Then turn the trimmer over and use the blade to neaten up the edges.
- Always clean i-stubble after use for optimum performance.
Is width of weave same for different lengths?
Width of weave may vary depending on the lengths and depending on the manufacturers.
How many packs of hair will I need to install?
We suggest 3 packs for any hair that is over 16 inches. Four packs are needed for hair over 20 inches. 1 to 2 packs are needed for 10-14 inches and just over 1 pack is enough for 8 inches.
What kind of shampoo can I use on my human hair?
You can use regular sulfate free shampoo for natural hair. We carry a full line of sulfate free shampoo. Sulfate strips the hair which causes dryness and tangles. Professional shampoo is highly recommended, and if conditioner is used, make sure it is slightly diluted with water. Sometimes, conditioner can leave unwanted residue on the hair.
I have a Remy hair product. Why is my hair tangling and shedding so much?
There are different grades of Remy. The higher the grade of Remy the fewer problems you will have with tangling. Tangles are also a result of the silicone that wears off of the hair over time. To stop shedding and extend the longevity of the hair, we recommend you seal the weft.
Is the length indicated for wet and wavy/Indian hair when it’s straight or curly?
The length indicated for wet and wavy and Indian hair is when the hair is worn straight.
What is the difference between bulk hair and braiding hair?
Bulk hair and braiding hair are both hair for braiding and simply referred to by both names.
What does blend or master mix mean?
When an item reads blend or master mix, it means the item is a combination of both human hair and synthetic (man-made) fibers.
