How to Use
- In a non-metallic bowl, mix 2 scoops of BW2+ Powder Lightener with 3 scoops of Clairol Professional Cream Developer (1:2 weight ratio) until smooth and creamy.
- For maximum lift, use a 1:1.5 ratio with 40 Volume Developer for off-scalp applications only.
- For on-scalp applications, do not exceed 20 Volume Developer.
- Apply evenly, fully saturating the hair.
- Check the hair every 5–10 minutes during processing.
- Do not use heat and do not process longer than 50 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then shampoo and condition

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
