How To Use
- Wear suitable disposable gloves before handling the product.
- In a well-ventilated area, mix the desired amount of Blonde IQ 7 Powder Lightener with Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 Volume) in a non-metallic bowl.
- Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
- Apply using appropriate professional lightening techniques for on-scalp or off-scalp services.
- Do not use metallic tools during application.
- Do not apply heat during processing.
- Once the desired level of lift is achieved, rinse thoroughly and follow with shampoo and the appropriate post-lightening care.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
