      The 20 volume (6%) developer penetrates deeply into the hair cortex to drive lightening actives, creating up to 9 levels of lift when combined with Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener.       Designed for professional use, this developer ensures precise, repeatable results, making it ideal for highlights, balayage, and full-lightening services.       Preparation & Application

      Mixing Ratio:

      • Mix Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener with Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) in a non-metallic bowl.

      • Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3, depending on desired consistency and application technique.

      Application Tips:

      • Use disposable gloves and avoid contact with scalp.

      • Do not use metallic tools such as combs or clips.

      • Rinse hair thoroughly after development time.

      Foil Application:

      • For highlights, use Aluminium foils: SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18µ, SOFT ALLOY 20µ, or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18µ for optimal results.

      Returns Policy

      You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
