Preparation & Application

Mixing Ratio:

• Mix Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener with Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.

• Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3 depending on desired consistency and application.

Application Tips:

• Use disposable gloves and avoid contact with scalp.

• Do not use metallic tools (clips, combs, bowls).

• Apply to hair with foil or freehand technique for highlights or full lightening.

• Rinse hair thoroughly after recommended development time.

Foil Application:

• Use Aluminium Foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18µ, SOFT ALLOY 20µ, or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18µ for off- and on-scalp services.
